BEGINNING YOUR GENEALOGY RESEARCH
AT THE NATIONAL ARCHIVES

They ask you to please join them for an informative, fun lunch and learn workshop that will show you how to get started with genealogical research at the National Archives! The presenter, Jean Nudd, is an archivist with the National Archives and Records Administration in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, where she manages the microfilm reading room as well as the volunteer and outreach programs. Ms. Nudd lectures frequently throughout the region, writes quarterly columns for Archival Anecdotes (the publication of the Friends of the National Archives) and also appears on WAMC radio's VoxPop program, where she discusses genealogy methods and gives callers advice on finding their ancestors.
Registration fee is payable at the door. Bring your lunch; CDLC will provide coffee, tea and cookies.
