A free workshop on this topic will be held at the Albany Public Main Library on Monday, February 25, 2008 from 5:3o pm to 7:00 pm. This free workshop will be sponsored by the Preservation League of New York State, Historic Albany Foundation, the City of Albany, the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation and the Empire State Development Corporation.
