Paul Grondahl at APL

On Tuesday October 31 at 12:15 pm at APL’s Main Location at 161 Washington Avenue, the Friends of APL will present Paul Grondahl, an award-winning Times Union reporter and author of the biography of Mayor Erastus Corning 2nd, Corning: Albany Icon, Albany Enigma. He will discuss his latest book: Now Is The Time: A History of Parsons Child and Family Center, 1829-2004. His talk will examine the 175-year history of the institution formerly known as the Albany Orphan Asylum and Albany Home For Children. Copies of the book will be available for sale and signing after the talk.
