Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month at APL

Albany Public Library is celebrating Hispanic heritage and culture in the coming weeks with a series of events for National Hispanic Heritage Month. These events–which include musical performances, bilingual activities, and documentary film showings–highlight the contributions Hispanics have made to American culture. The events are co-sponsored by the Albany/Capital District Labor Council for Latin American Advancement. All events are free and open to the public, and take place at the Main Library at 161 Washington Avenue. For more information about these events, call the library at 427-4300.
