Quadricentennial Lecture by Artist Len Tantillo Sept. 27
Rensselaer County artist Len Tantillo will present a lecture on “The Legacy of New Netherland: Dutch Influences on the Early Development of New York” at the Albany Public Library on Sunday, Sept. 27, at 2 p.m. The lecture, which will take place at the Main Library on 161 Washington Avenue, is free and open to the public. This program is part of Explore NY 400, a series of events across New York State celebrating Henry Hudson’s historic 1609 voyage up the Hudson River and discovery of Albany.
